for those who attend Boot Camps
I've been working out on my own for several months now. (30 Day Shred, Swimming, Biking, Ripped in 30). However, there are soooo many boot camps in my community! I'm wondering for those of you who attend boot camps, do they produce better results??? What do you prefer more: Working out on your own or Boot Camp?

discrepancy in numbers??
I have a Polar FT4. I have noticed there seems to be a discrepancy in the numbers that MFP gives vs what the HRM is saying I am burning. I have been going with the HRM numbers. Ripped in 30/ 30 Day Shred. If you have done both.....
if you have done both, which do you think produces the best results? or are they equal? I am about to finish up the 30 Day Shred and was thinking of moving to Ripped in 30 next. I am looking for fast and great results because I leave for vacation in two weeks. I am open to other suggestions besides these two workouts.

30 Day Shred with a HRM???
when I first started doing the 30 Day Shred someone suggested to log it as "general circuit training". I'm just wondering if anyone has checked their calories burned doing the 30 Day Shred wearing a HRM?

If MFP allows me 1400 calories a day and I burn an average of 700 calories through exercise and other activities, then ideally how many calories should I be consuming?
