for those who attend Boot Camps

I've been working out on my own for several months now. (30 Day Shred, Swimming, Biking, Ripped in 30).
However, there are soooo many boot camps in my community! I'm wondering for those of you who attend boot camps, do they produce better results???
What do you prefer more:
Working out on your own
or Boot Camp?

I start my very first boot camp on Wednesday! I'll let you know what I think!
I can say that generally my exercise is volleyball and bike riding a combination of 6 times per week. I don't belong to a gym. So I think that joining a boot camp will - at least for me - inspire me to work out some muscle groups that I don't usually work on. I don't do lunges or lift weights on my own. I'm excited to see what it does for me!0
