Pregnancy & weights
Anyone have any advice in regards to continuining a strength training routine while pregnant? My doctor wants me to stick to just cardio but I don't even do cardio and loathe the thought of giving up weights. He seemed incognizant on the subject.

Barbell hip thrusts, sore hamstrings, not glutes
I recently added barbell hip thrusts in addition to my hamstring/glute routine. I did them yesterday at the gym and today only my hamstrings are sore. I am squeezing my glutes at the top of the move, but I have no soreness at all in my butt. Am I doing them wrong perhaps?

Ladies with breast implants
I was ''gently advised'' by my surgeon not to work my chest out after having my breasts done 3 months ago. Today I decided to do some very light chest exercises and my right implant feels really tight. Anything to be concerned about? Should I just cut out all chest workouts to play it safe?
