Or do you stick to a daily number of calories regardless of what you earn from TF? Does anyone fancy a bit of a calorie challenge this week? I've just finished ripped in 30 and want to make sure I keep my exercise levels up - so my goal for this week from today until Sunday is 2500 calories. Anyone else want to work towards that?
