Ladies Only-Swim Suits!
Hi ladies! I'm looking for a summer swim suit, particularly a one-piece, and was wondering... Where has everyone gotten their swimsuit from? Did you order online or go in store? FYI I have a very large bust (34DDD) and size 6 waist. All measurements always say I wear at least a size 14 up top. Any other large-chested women…

Shoulder Pain
It feels as if my shoulder hurts underneath the ball and socket joint. Also, there is some relief when I stretch the top of my trapezius but not much. It is incredibly painful. Anybody have any idea what this could be? I am not familiar with shoulder problems.

Anybody do track&field or pole vault?
I've noticed my only motivation for working out is becoming fast like I used to. I'm slow now and I want to pole-vault again recreationally at a masters level but I am way too slow. Anybody else previous track and field runners? Would you be interested in sharing workouts? I just HATE going to the gym because its SO…

What are your ideal measurements?
I've just been curious...what measurements would you constitute as an "hourglass" figure? Also, what are your ideal measurements? I can't figure out which measurements to aim for as far as waist, etc. goes. I like measuring over weighing myself. Bust-42 Waist-33 Hip-37

Comfort Food
As it has been an unseasonably cold and long winter I am looking for recipes for healthy, lower-calorie comfort foods. Literally, anything. I already love soups and make them on the regular. I'm thinking comfort foods like mashed potatoes, creamy soups, stuffing, etc. Thank you!

Do you log vegetables?
I have stopped logging vegetables. I still log starchy veggies like corn, potatoes(not technically a veggie), carrots, etc. Mostly root vegetables. I've stopped logging other vegetables like iceberg lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc. Will this highly impact my overall calorie goal? I just feel as if I should eat as many…

Drinking Enough Water
I am a teacher and have literally 4 times throughout the work day I can go to the restroom. I have 90 minute classes and always go twice before school but can't always hold it for an hour and a half straight when I'm drinking enough water. Because of this dilemma I barely drink anything throughout the day and am always…

Any other teachers out there?
I'm just rejoining My Fitness Pal since I've left college, started teaching, and become even more unhealthy than I used to be because of lack of time/too much work/ etc. Any other teachers out there? Specifically I teach biology.

Science Teacher, no time, help!
Hello! I am a high school science teacher as well as a coach. I consistently am working 12-hr work days and am dead beat tired. I have maybe 2 hours to myself at home (which includes showering, making dinner, grading papers, planning, etc.). I have no time to exercise, even half an hour is time I don't have during the…

Low grain diet options?
I've noticed when I try a "low grain" diet approach I stop craving sugars, simple carbohydrates, etc. I do eat oatmeal for breakfast and occasionally whole wheat bread/pita/english muffins. I also am trying to limit my red meats to about once every one or two weeks. I was wondering if anybody else takes this approach and…

Lactose Intolerant
I know eating things like cottage cheese are a great way to get in protein and a healthy snack. Unfortunately I am lactose intolerant so no cottage cheese, greek yogurt, etc. for me. Besides fruits with nut butter, veggies with hummus, or nuts, what types of things can I have for a quick and filling snack?
