Is giving up carbs/sugars necessary to lose belly?
My belly is bigger than my hips :( I am working out regularly, I do Focus T25 and I can feel my abs toning up as well as my legs and arms but the belly fat is still here :( as for my diet i eat clean 98% of the time.

Wrist pain when doing pushups, is it just me?
