I am currently having troubles. It's my first day and I feel unusually tired and my limbs feel heavy. I wanna workout, I'm thinking of keeping it low impact though. Do you think it's a good idea? I usually workout even if I have my period but today is just different I reel so tired

Go onto youtube and search for yoga for menstrual cramps. Even if you aren't cramping, it'll help you relax. The video that you should run across first should be from the EkhartYoga channel. It's all seated poses, so no inversions and nothing really hard.
I would think a short walk would be fine during your first day.Go you for even WANTING to workout, though! My first day has me laid up and crying!

When ever I feel fatigued and still want to workout, I usually do pilates. With pilates you can do as much or as little as you want or feel up to. Still not any easy workout, but it's low impact and the stretching is excellent for cramps, too!
edit: search blogilates on youtube if you need examples/are not familiar with pilates0 -
If you've been working out regularly, use today as a rest day or do some gentle exercise like walking or yoga. Just try not to take more than two days off in a row so you don't break the habit. Our body will give us cues on when to take a rest. When you are really committed to working out, exercising is not the hard part; resting is.0

Thanks you guys! I took a 3 hour nap and still it didn't get better so I guess I'll take the day off and do double tomorrow. I'll be looking into doing some yoga though I might be able to do it
I LOVE YOGA :flowerforyou:
