I'm a student and on my normal schedule I usually sleep for only 1-4 hours most days of the week. 12hrs in school, when I get home I have to study lots and lots of books. Is there any type of food that can help my energy levels so i can still workout when I go home?

Not with the extreme sleep deprivation you're putting yourself through. You really just need to sleep more.

Eat lots of iron, fruits and veggies to get your vitamins and minerals

What f I can't? I honestly can't afford to sleep more. That's why I was asking for help but if that's the only solution then i guess I have to get in best shape and reach my goal before I get back to that schedule again on June 2014 :/
