I'm a student and on my normal schedule I usually sleep for only 1-4 hours most days of the week. 12hrs in school, when I get home I have to study lots and lots of books. Is there any type of food that can help my energy levels so i can still workout when I go home?

Not with the extreme sleep deprivation you're putting yourself through. You really just need to sleep more.0

What f I can't? I honestly can't afford to sleep more. That's why I was asking for help but if that's the only solution then i guess I have to get in best shape and reach my goal before I get back to that schedule again on June 20140 -
