Texas Roadhouse
I am going to texas roadhouse tomorrow night for dinner with some friends, one who is moving which is why we are going out. I have been there before and do not have the rolls or butter but it seems all their meals (even salads) have tons of calories. Does anybody have any suggestions of a "healthy" meal I could get there?

Homeade Trail Mix

I am having a problem reaching my calorie goal of 1200. I find that I am not eating enough. I am already eating more than I normally would cause i realize that I am short for the day when i pre enter dinner but then i am finding random snacks after dinner to get my calories but then I go over sugar, carbs, etc. Any…
