I am having a problem reaching my calorie goal of 1200. I find that I am not eating enough. I am already eating more than I normally would cause i realize that I am short for the day when i pre enter dinner but then i am finding random snacks after dinner to get my calories but then I go over sugar, carbs, etc. Any suggestions? I think i have figured out that i wasn't eating to much before I started this, but i was eating to little most of the time. Last night I still had over 100 calories after dinner and i went through the cabinets to find something that i didnt even want just to fulfill my calories.... i definetely didn't this eating to little would be my problem!
