  • That is great!! I go in spurts as well and am around the same weight so I know how you feel! And I could never post pics like that so also amazing you did that :)
  • I try and just eat my calorie goal and look at what I burn exercising is anything extra to help me lose weight (if losing weight is what you want to do). If you consume your goal plus your exercise calories you may stay where you are.

  • Everyone is different. 3 weeks can deff. give you side effects just keep an eye on it. Alot of people have bad reactions after only a week to is so it is am important med to keep an eye on.
  • I had to take a break after a couple of days due to the impact on my knees with the cardio. I now substitute some of the cardio on a stationary bike. My knees were very stiff and sore so if you need to take a break don't over do it!! Good luck :-)

  • I have arthritis in my knees and every night i got to bed and wake up in stiff pain and i think it is from the jumping jacks and jumprope with the impact on my knees. Try and see which activity it is for you that causes the pain more than others and improvise for that one. Make sure you stretch before to loosen the joints…

  • I use fat free yougart and ice cubes with whatever kinds of fruit i like. i have always used fresh fruit but it gets expensive so they say to use frozen fruit. I use raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, banana's. i have also use kiwi before and I just got cherries to try!

I am going to Boston for my 21st birthday and I am really excited for the trip with friends and family but then I am nervous because i have been eating so well and working out every day so I know exactly how you feel!   • The 30 day shred is its own workout. 10 days at level 1, 10 days at level 2, and 10 days at level 3. The machine says I burn more if I enter my weight and age. It does not take into account height but i think this site does but my numbers are usually within 10 calories on this…
