Quinoa - Tried it today!

Waisting Away!
The first place I always notice my weight loss is on my waist. I have lost 3 lbs. and am already noticing such a big indentation i my waistline where there used to be fat. A good sign for me, hopefully of things to come. So where on your body did you first notice you were losing?

Ohhhh, My Back!
Pulled a back muscle last Tuesday so I laid off exercising till this past Tuesday, but now it feels worse. So don't know when I'll attempt it again. On a brighter note, I have been able to up my calories this week. I'm also doing better on drinking water the past couple of days.

Went to a couple of the BMR, TDEE websites to calculate my numbers for myself and got different numbers than I got here. This site gave me. BMR of 1688, TDEE of 2321.
