Feeling Stuffed Today

It's midafternoon, I've only eaten 499 calories, and I 'm feeling stuffed. Feels like its gonna be hard for me to eat all of my calories today. I'm relatively new here and I'm really trying to eat to my 1600 cals, but usually fall a little short. My plan is to do some grocery shopping today to buy a lot of the foods I've been avoiding like the plague, but know I can have now. I've said this before that I so appreciate reading/learning how everyone is losing by eating more, not less and realizing that I don't have to give up my fav foods:happy:
