Hey everyone, Now that I am stuck at home for at least the next few weeks, I am going to need to up my at-home gym game. I don't really have any equipment, and I just got back from vacation so I am extra unmotivated. Any tips for how to get back into the swing of things while at home?

How much should I leg press to get leaner legs?

Question about caloric deficit
So I am allotted 1550 cals per day by MFP (I eat as clean as the dining hall allows me). I have always heard that burning 500 calories more than you take in per day will = 1 pound lost per week.
