Hello everyone! Not exactly sure how this works, but it seemed like a great way to get motivated again.
In my first year of college, I was extremely diligent about going to the gym 5x a week for at least 60 minutes. When I came home, I had no gym and no motivation and before I knew it I was up 15 pounds. I am so embarrassed and can't fit into any of my clothes from last summer. Time to get running, I suppose!
