Do you count calories from fruit?
So I am a little lost here. I keep hearing you should count calories from fruit ( which I already do) cause regardless they are still calories and are high in sugar but then according to weight watchers apparently fruits and veggies no longer count as points so I don't know who to follow anymore. I'm just wondering if anyone else is finding it pretty difficult to stay under the sodium levels? I have cut out frozen foods which has helped a lot but I still find i'll be going over by 100-300 from time to time and it's very irritating.
