Quite random and i'm bored but I decided to treat myself to a small strawberry sunday with pecans at DQ last night and was still under my calorie goal at the end of the day by 200 :) Another thing I totally did not realize how fat duck is I started having it for lunch but then decided to check it out on mfp and put it away after finding out that just half a cup is already 238 calories!!

You will find that Frozen Yogurt has far less calories and still tastes great I like to stop in at Costco for my Frozen yogurt !

Thanks, I know already and I love frozen yogurt but I was in an ice cream mood. Usually don't like ice cream to begin with but for some reason had been craving it for a while. Not to worried though better the sundae 230 cal sundae then a 660 cal blizzard and that's only a small blizzard imagine how much a large would have!

    Good for you!
I have cut back on my ice cream intake, but I do love my ice cream. There is no "light" ice cream in my world - no way (though frozen yogurt is good, too).

As long as you aren't overdoing the servings, and frequency, a treat every so often isn't a bad thing at all.

I have "Chocolate Fridays" every week and I'm still losing weight. It's not realistic for me to think I will never be able to have sweets so I have a single serving on Fridays and make sure I adjust my eating the rest of the day to stay within my calorie range and it's working!
