Today for whatever reason I ended up eating half a tin of cheetos and had ribs from Swiss chalet! My calories would have been fine if it wasn't for that, I also had a bit of chocolate (oops) I've been able to stay under my calorie goal for most of the month though and today was the only day I didn't go to the gym so here's hoping it doesn't affect me too much! I work tomorrow which is a physical job on your feet constantly walking around for 6 hours and I packed myself a nice healthy lunch for then too. I still feel bad though uh yuck.

Tomorrow is a new day and it sounds like you are already working to make it a better day! We all have days when we go over, just don't give up because of 1 day. Close the book on today and start a new page - keep moving forward, don't look back!0

make sure from now on you aren't around the foods that you consider bad and make you feel disgusting. That is the best way to make sure, until you are confident, that you don't eat it.
It probably won't effect you much but take it as a good lesson.0 -

Couldn't have said it better..!!! I try to keep all my trigger foods out of site out of mind..!! We all slip tho luv!! Chin up...Start again tomorrow and remember how crappy you felt today for motivation....Good Luck0 -
This thread isn't nearly as exciting as I hoped based on the title....
In all seriousness, one bad day won't set you off track nearly as much as you think. We all have bad days, and after a couple of good ones you won't even notice you had a bad one. Just don't let it be an excuse to psych yourself out or get off track and you'll be fine.0 -
Your dietary intake isn't made up of what you eat in a day.....it is what you eat over all. Let go of guilt, it will defeat you. Learn from regret and move forward. There is no starting over or taking it back.......so move on physically and mentally!!
Oh...and you are not a "bad girl" for this. You made some unhealthy choices. Period.0 -
