Why do I get friend requests from people I have had no interaction with? And why is there never a message with their requests? Seems if they really wanted to be MFPals, they would say something. :huh:

Pre-workout snack
I get up at 4:50 and workout by 5 am. I am thinking of changing that next week and getting up at 4:30 and then working out at 5. My thighs!
Are huge!!!! I can totally see a difference in my waist and maybe even my arms. The fat is slowly melting off. But my thighs are enormous!!! What is wrong with my scale???
Last Friday 2/18 159 lbs Thursday 2/24 159 lbs Friday morning 2/25 162 lbs I got on the scale 3 times just to make sure it was reading right. Friday night 2/25 159 lbs Saturday morning today 157 lbs.

Wake up and workout

Adjusting to your new calorie intake
How long did it take for your body to accept this new lower amount of calories you were eating was for real and stop being so hungry all the time? My boss said it took her 10 days when she first started counting calories a few years ago.
