I started at 165, after having 2 babies. I am currently 148 and my goal is 140, but if I can get there I would really like to strive for 135. I can't go any lower than that without looking really sickly thin. So somewhere between 135 and 140 would make me happy.

I don't know how to stop the cravings or even fight them. So I try and replace them. Skinny Cow icecream bars instead of a giant bowl of ice cream, 2 mini PB cups instead of 2 regular ones, 30 jelly bellys for only 125 calories, 100 calorie snack packs, etc. I know that if I completely cut off sugar I won't be able to live…

What I would do in that situation is let yesterday be my rest day. And I would just adjust my workouts to make sure I still did 3 of each during this week.

I can't run or do anything with much impact due to previous injuries. I will have to hit the eliptical up more (hard to find time with 2 little kids). I have used spinach in my smoothies a few times. I blend it up with a little of whatever liquid I am using so it get's it real fine and then I add the frozen fruits or whatever else I am using and mix it. I usually have bananas and berries with it, so it's not noticeable in taste or color in that smoothie. My kids don't…

For my before and after pics absolutely not. But for candid pics or portraits I totally do. But I also pretty much hold my gut in all the time. I would never just stand around let it all hang out when I can stand up straight and keep things looking better.
