Does Fitbit Record Stairmaster Correctly?
When I record my stairmaster workout, the burned calories my fitbit says is significantly lower than the the machine. I’m on there for about 20 min, fitbit usually says btwn 95-125 but machine is usually in the 200 range. I feel like I’m burning way more than 125....which one is right?

Can't get weight out of 190's...help!
The lowest I've been is 175 and I can't seem to break under 190 now. I know it's possible because I did it before. I'm going even harder now but nothing works. Anyone have the same issue where they can't seem to just get out of a certain range? Anyone have any success? Help me :,(

I eat a lot of salad and I tend to boil 2 eggs each time I do. I switch up my meal plans weekly, but in one given week I'll have 2 boiled eggs a night in my salad for dinner....is this bad...too much cholesterol????

I think I'm going to try IIFYM. It says my daily calorie intake should be 1,974. I just don't get how I'm supposed to lose weight if I couldn't lose weight on 1400 calories :/

Did anyone else totally fail at their first 5k after C25K?
So I completed C25K and felt so good about it. I signed up to run my first race and had to stop to walk over 5 times and was huffing and puffing......it was just horrible. The whoIe point was to get me to run the 5K straight through. I don't want it to discourage me but UGH. I feel like I never want to run again :/
