I've been on a plateau for a while now so I think I'm going to start planning my meals ahead of time. If I don't eat (which is what I tend to do at work because I'm so stressed and busy), I come home and BINGE because I'm so hungry. What do you guys think about this meal plan? Am I not getting enough of something or is there too much of something? I can't get around dinner being so late. Suggestions welcome!

8 AM: Breakfast- apple, cottage cheese, cinnamon
11 AM: Snack-english muffin and peanut butter
2 PM: Lunch- steamed veggies and chicken (or fish)
5 PM: Snack- cheese stick and clementine
8: 30 PM: Dinner- vegetable steamer and turkey burger or salad

What's your height, age, cw and gw? How many cals does MFP say you should be eating to lose weight? Do you know your TDEE and BMR?

MFP should have recommended a certain number of calories to lose weight when you signed up. Make sure that your goals are updated in regards to how much weight you have lost.

In regards to your plateau, are you weighing and measuring everything accurately? You could unknowingly be getting additional calories if you're just assuming that the tablespoon of peanut better that you've taken out of the jar is actually the exact number of grams that are listed for a tablespoon of peanut butter.

If you're constantly hungry, chances are you aren't eating enough calories.

I agree with annekka we need more information about you...also what does your workout regiment look like? Are you doing cardio? Weightlifting? How many days?
