Plan for the new year
After Christmas/in the new year I really want to lose weight and tone up! I am thinking of joining in the gym to go on the treadmills a few times a week, join ballet classes (once a week) and dance fitness (once a week). If I actually do this and eat healthily will it work? Thank you.

How how many calories will I burn on an exercise ball??
I want to buy an exercise ball so I can try out a new exercise without spending too much money and it's not space filling or time consuming either. My only problem is trying to figure out how many calories each exercise burns so that I can add it to my diary in here and still keep track of everything.
