No more sorness after working out.
When I do weight lifting I no longer feel sore even though I feel the burn (not just a little burn). I lift pretty much until I am making funny faces per set. I must include that I do drink a protein shake (low calorie) after wards and have heard that it helps with soreness. But shouldn't I still feel some soreness? Not…

Today before work I finally summoned enough courage to try on one of my older jean which is a size smaller and I can fit into it. I must admit I was afraid of being dissappointed but it felt so good to be able to fit into it again.

HRM vs Exercise Database
Just curious! So I got a HRM which counts how many calories I burn. I went and compared it to an exercise machine at the gym and they both read pretty much the same amount of calories that I burned (which I hope means that my HRM is pretty accurate). I've also found that the exercise database here gives me more calroies…

Cheating
I usually cheat once every week or every two weeks. But this doesn't mean I cheat the whole day so I guess I should say I cheat one meal every week or so. I have found that this helps me to lose weight. Anyone else cheat and if so how much do you cheat?

extra calories
I know I'm suppose to eat all the extra calories I get from working out, but what if I don't feel hungry. Should I just stuff food in just to make up for those calories?
