Does anyone else do this? And what do you do?

I walk during both breaks during the day. I take the long-legged co-worker with me and it forces me to walk faster. :-) I've dropped 20# in 6 weeks, and for the last week, it's been about all I've been motivated to do. So, it works for me.0

Walk about a mile in 15-20 minutes twice a day if I can. If it's raining, cold or too hot, I do laps inside the building for about the same time.0

I'm a desk jockey. I could sit down and not have to get up for eight hours. I have to get myself moving, I take short "walkabouts" numerous times a day for at least 10 minutes. It all adds up :happy:0

Walk. I force myself to take two breaks during the day to walk. Desk job here too - so I have the freedom to schedule whenever - but at least twice a day - its 15 minutes out in the parking lot walking.0
