Does anyone know of a good tasty seasoning without the salt or at least just very little?

  • I have three drawers full of spices so I usually create my own, but in a pinch Ms. Dash isn't bad and it's salt free.

Agree on the Ms Dash and I also create my own spice blends. Tastes are much fresher.

Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute is pretty good, especially with cooked vegetables.

mrs dash has several different blends.
  • I love Mrs. Dash! It has a bunch of other seasonings that you could use too but having it all mixed up and in the container is convenient.

Fresh Ground Pepper is one of the best things to add flavor. At first, since I was never a pepper user before, I wasnt sure of it. Now, I put it on just about everything.

Create your own spice blends is the way I usually go. A little pinch of cajun, paprika, and rosemary go a LONG way with cooking too.

I also invented my own blackened seasoning that has no added salt :)
