Salt cravings after exercise
Am i the only one who craves salty after exercising??? Hopefully not! I work out pretty hard and as a result I really sweat alot. After exercising, no matter how much water I drink, I just want to eat salty foods - bad idea surely?? Anyone have any tips for this?

What changes have you noticed since using MFP? For me these are the things I have noticed in just 2 1/2 weeks: 1. I am far more aware of what I am eating and portion sizes 2.
