What changes have you noticed since using MFP? For me these are the things I have noticed in just 2 1/2 weeks:

1. I am far more aware of what I am eating and portion sizes
2. My Clothes are fitting me better, and some are becoming loose
3. If I dont get some sort of exercise, I get frustrated
4. If I dont work up a good sweat, I dont feel like I have had a good work out
5. I have way more energy over all
6. I sleep better
7. Fewer headaches
8. My posture has improved
9. I can see some shape coming back to my body and more muscle definition
