I was looking at my generic Special K cereal and it says that a serving is 1 cup (31 g). Just for fun I measured out a cup of cereal and put in on my food scale. The food scale said it was 36 g. ??? What do you go by the measuring cup or the weight???

I have been working on the c25k program. I have been told that you can repeat the weeks until you can proceed. Am I the only one who has had to repeat alot? I have done like week 1 several times. For some reason I can't do the 1.5 min run with out my knee hurting. Is it ok to keep doing week 1 or should I just give up?

ok...I am soooo confused. I am wondering about how accurate my HRM is. So I put it on and got on my elliptical which came with a chest strap. Just as a test I worked out for about a minute or so and the elliptical registered 10 calories burned and my HRM only registered like 1. So what the hell???? Have all my calories…

Ok...so I have a HRM...it tells me how many calories I burn during a work out. How do I know if it is telling me the correct calories burned? Compared to the Wii Fit for 39 minutes I should have only burned like 267 calories but according to the HRM it said lie 554. Which one should I believe?
