How do you prevent heat rash from under your boobs? When I have a hard work out and sweat alot I always get a rash under my boobs and it is VERY painful!!! I want to hear what everyone does to prevent and to get rid of it!!!

I never get that - maybe you need a better bra? Or try slathering on a little deodorant under the girls before you work out?0

You may a yeast under the breast- it can grown on skin just like a vaginal infection. You might try using some monistat on it and see if that helps!0

If it is true heat rash, maybe something to cool the skin under your bra? You could try small gel ice packs or frozen wet washcloths.0

I've never experienced that and I am a huge sweater, I would invest in a better sport bra, more support less chances for that crease / fold to to become a swimming pool, kwim?0

wear a better fitting bra with moisture wicking properties0

I wear a heavy duty underwire with a tank top that has a built in bra over it..only downfall is it puts your boobs up to your chin practically!!! lol!!!
To get rid of the rash I would use rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball to dry the area!!0 -
Bodyglide!0

My guess would be this also. If it doesn't go away in a few hours, it's probably a yeast infection.
Also, make sure you double up on the sports bras and ensure you girls are well supported.0 -
I am obviously not a big busted lady but I am married to one and the best advice -
- Go to a bra boutique they can usually fit you with one and give advice for one that won't cause that.
- Gold bond or baby powder
- Try wearing a moisture wicking shirt
- Keep the skin underneath moisturized so its not dry and chaffy
Probably going to have to spend the $$ and go somewhere where they can really fit you a work out bra or sports bra that will guard against it. they have a lot for athlete types and rash guard types for swimmers.0
