Heart rate accuracy of a Fitbit Hr

TDEE & Carbs
I have been reading the posts regarding TDEE and thought I would give it a go. BUT how on earth do ppl survive on so little carbs? There are even carbs in veggies such as raw carrots! I am allowed 99g carbs per day...is this doable? Help plz :)

I keep reading about the Fitbit one and was wondering whether you have to sync it to a computer/iphone etc or whether you can just keep the info stored on the Fitbit one itself?

Calculating Calories Burnt
Just wondering, how does everyone calculate their exercise calories? I'm asking because I notice that not all exercises are listed on here. Such as squats, lunges etc. Do any of you use other sites to help?

Whole Psyllium Husk
