We really are a casserole family, but I am bummed by the ingredients in our casseroles (tortillas, cheese, cheese, more cheese)... Does anyone have any healthy casserole recipes they would like to share?

Droid ap to record miles?
I've set a goal for myself to walk/run/hike a certain amount of miles this year. Currently I'm writing my miles on scrap paper then adding them on an xcel sheet. Does anyone know of a Droid ap that I can enter my miles into so it can keep track of my miles for me? Most of my miles are coming on a treadmill. Thanks!

Healthy Breakfast?
Every Sunday I make brunch for my husband & our best friend before we go hiking. In the past I'd make pancakes or waffle and bacon (and something better for myself). I've finally convinced them to eat healthier for at least this meal (baby steps!) As we usually don't have lunch these days I'm looking for something yummy &…

c25k frustration
Hello all. I started c25k about 8 weeks ago and I'm stuck. Try as I might I can't run 25 minutes strait. I've been training on the track at the Y, but having failed the 25 minutes a few times there, I have also tried running outside & on the treadmill (both harder than track it seems). I'm incredibly discouraged. Does…

Losing weight, but not inches
I've heard of people losing inches and not weight (what with extra weight from muscle gain) but I seem to be losing weight and not inches. I've been trying hard to be healthier; staying in my doctor suggested calorie intake and exercising at least 4 hours a week (mostly Zumba and training with c25k). I've lost 15 lbs since…

Small HRM watch for women?
I'm petite and have small wrists. Can anyone recommend a small HRM for women? I also don't have a lot of money to spend on it. I'm looking to spend less than $75. But, if you have an amazing suggestion that is above my budget, please share anyway! Thanks!

Starting Couch to 5K, anyone else?
Hello! I just started the Couch to 5K program yesterday. Anyone else at the beginning and want to join up for support? My goal is to run our local Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving, but might find I'm ready before that. I've never been a runner, so I think that gives me plenty of time.

Curbing Stress Eating
I stress eat and when I do I usually go for my husband's chips. Does anyone have any tips on not breaking your diet with stress eating? Raw veggies just don't seem to cut the stress eating cravings...
