So I've been working hard at this since January and just reached my 20 pound lost mark. It took longer than i wanted, but progress is progress, right?
Here is a picture of me at my heaviest, 213# June 2009
And yesterday at 190#.
I've been lazy this week and I'm hoping it's not me falling back to my old lazy ways. I still have 50lbs that I want to lose and I am afraid that I'm going to lose steam.

Looking great- Keep It Up and Log EVERYTHING and make sure you can 'afford' the next thing that you want to have... its all about budgeting. Most importantly, you get a fresh start each and every day!0

You look fantastic! Don't be so hard on yourself. Trust me we all have plateaus and down time where we lose motivation. The best thing to do is read motivational stories, like yours. And post your concerns, like you did so we can remind you that YOU CAN DO THIS! We are here for you! Keep logging, keep moving and stay positive :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:0

Just remember that if you lose it slow you are set up to keep it off in the end!! You are doing fantastic!! Don't be afraid to venture into other areas of exercise or even manipulating your diet some. Keep up the awesome work.
If you are getting frustrated with working out try to split so that you can go for a quick walk for even just 10 minutes early in your day and then workout later or vise versa. I continually try to trick my body into working harder than it really needs to keeping my BMR higher and burning those energy stores!!0 -
