Antihistamine / Decongestant is *%$#ing with my progress!
Argh! These damn allergies / sinus issues! The meds I'm taking cause dehydration / constipation, and I've been battling it for weeks now. I'm drinking massive amounts of water to try to help... please just let the pollen go away so that I can feel normal again! I'm afraid to even step on the scale. /vent
