I'm new to the forum. I've been eating less & exercising more since Jan. 2011, using the MFP app. for my phone since mid-Feb.

So far, I've lost 16 pounds (and 6 inches from my hips!). I've got about 15 pounds more to go. I've been at a frustrating weight plateau for about 2 weeks... this week, I'm switching up a few things to see if I can drop a couple more pounds and get back into the swing of things.
