Antihistamine / Decongestant is *%$#ing with my progress!

Argh!

These damn allergies / sinus issues! The meds I'm taking cause dehydration / constipation, and I've been battling it for weeks now. I'm drinking massive amounts of water to try to help... please just let the pollen go away so that I can feel normal again! I'm afraid to even step on the scale.

    Howdy. I know EXACTLY how you feel. All last week I was sick and am still battling the allergy part of everything. The weather in Ohio constantly changes and it will go from 70 degrees to 58 degrees in the same day. I'm ready to be able to breathe again!!!

    I'm having this problem also. To the point that I've attempted to stop taking the medication however with the itching, runny nose, wheezing....I finally came to the conclusion that a potential asthma attack vs weight gain was a no brainier...I hate this@$%#
