I've just discovered fat bombs! I'm using a kind of boot-leg recipe and it is good, but I feel like it could be better - does anyone have any really delicious fat bomb recipes?

How long do you have to stay below 20g Carbs?
I have been eating low carb (for the most part - meaning between 20-30g/day) for the past two weeks and I have lost 2 lbs - which is exciting, but I feel like I need to take this more seriously and do it properly - so how many days does one have to stay under 20g carbs to see a change?

Carbquick....
Has anyone eaten carbquick? I had a carbquick biscuit yesterday, it was DELICIOUS, and only 2 net carbs - but, since it is bread, I'm a little skeptical. Does anyone know if carbquick is ok to eat - or if it will kick me out of ketosis?

Diet Pop and Crystal Light?
Ok - so I have been drinking nothing but water, tea, and coffee - and that's fine - but a diet Pepsi would be SO GOOD right now. Are diet pops and crystal light ok? Or is artificial sweetener a no-no?

Ok - I have another question. I have been on LCHF for a week, I realize I may seem impatient, but my weight has actually gone up 0.1 lbs. Can anyone tell me when I should start noticing weight loss? The fact that my weight has gone up 0.1 makes me worried that I am doing something wrong. Thanks!

How do you do more fat and less protein??
Ok, I guess before my last post I should have mentioned that I am completely new to the low carb/high fat lifestyle. I used a keto calculator and determined that i need to eat 126g of fat and 85g of protein. I have used the database on MFP to look for some options and I realized that staying at or below 85g of protein is…
