I burn around 350-400 calories a workout during tapout xt, I eat around 2300 not eating back exercis calories as their figured in by scooby. HRM...
I just got my polar HRM and used it for the first time today. It says my "fat burning zone" is between 129 and 168. During my interval running, my HR goes way above 168.. All the way up to 190. Do I have to stay in the "fat burning zone" to be most effective?

Anyone have implanon??
I had the birth control implanon inserted a couple months ago. After getting it, my period has been weird. It's very very light and lasts a lot longer then it used to. I use a light tampon and can leave it in all day..sorry tmi...is this normal for the implanon? Also does it affect your weight in any way?
