After my first pregnancy, I was at 171 and got down to 140 lbs. After my second pregnancy, my highest weight was 185 lbs. I'm currently at 170 but it seems like last time it went so much quicker to lose the weight. Could that be because I'm doing it the right way this time? When I got pregnant the second time I stopped watching what I was eating and started gaining weight immediately, is that because I lost the weight to quickly? Am I doing things right this time? I feel like its taking forever to get to my mini goals..

I haven't had a baby yet, but I hear that it is harder to lose the weight after a 2nd child for many reasons...your body has gone through it before and you are a bit older now. As we age it gets a bit more difficult to lose the weight...our metabolisms slow, etc.

Plus, if by doing it the right way you mean eating healthy and exercising then don't worry, that is the way to do it! It is better to have a slow and steady progress. The faster you drop the weight the easier it will be to pick it back up.
