As a post menopausal woman my RDA is 8 mg, not whatever MFP has set for me. How do I change it so that 100% is equal to 8mg? Thanks

I recently synced my Map my Walk to MFP. Out of curiosity I turned on MMW when I went to the mall with my daughters & I ended up walking 4 miles. I didn't eat those calories back because I felt that going to the mall sometimes is part of being somewhat active, which is already accounted for in my profile. I wouldnt count…

Dumb question about fiber
If I take a fruit or vegdtable and liquify it into a smoothie does it still provide the same amount of fiber? It seems like I would get more fiber from raw celery, say, than celery that has been added to a smoothie.
