Hi There,
I'm Meg & I'm joining to get & give support as I try to *finally* lose weight!
So far I've lost 10lbs, by watching my portion sizes, logging, & increasing my walking. I'm going to start adding some at home arms & standing abs work outs.
I have a question-- Does anyone know how to change the iron requirement on MFP? I'm 50 and postmenopausal & so only need 8 mg, not whatever the RDA that mfp defaults to
