As a post menopausal woman my RDA is 8 mg, not whatever MFP has set for me. How do I change it so that 100% is equal to 8mg?
Thanks

I am assuming you never got an answer on this? I had a hysterectomy so I am in the same boat, and I was wondering the same thing. Somehow I have a feeling that the "premium" service would help us, but I am not willing to pay for that!0

The iron goal is set for the US FDA recommended Daily Value (DV) of 100% for a 2000 daily caloric diet, which is 18mg.

Since 8mg/18mg x 100 is 44%, you can set a custom goal for iron at 44%.
