different macros for post menopausal women?

I'm just wondering if I should be using the default macros, or if there were different recommendations for post menopausal women. Thanks!

    Thank you for raising this 50sforme, and for replying RodaRose. I never gave it a thought until now. I think I have mine set at 25% but must go and check now.
