Frustrated! Can't find a half slip in my size
I need a white 2x/20-22 ish size half slip no longer than 18". I'd have better luck finding a unicorn. Where do women buy plus size garments like this? They are all way longer, as though we should cover almost to our ankles!! Grrrr

How many calories do you average for dinner?
Dinner is always my biggest meal and I wonder how many calories others consume during their evening meal. For me, 500-750 around 6-6:30pm and I have some kind of snack around 8pm and go to bed around 10. Not necessarily looking to change right now but curious. :)

What do you find motivating about MFP?
I love that when you complete your food diary, you get a message that if every day were like today, where you would be in 5 weeks. That is motivating. :) I also am liking the new friends I am finding, and getting motivation from their successes. Starting week 3, so far so good!

NSV for me today!
I have asthma and 3 weeks ago, I would cough and wheeze for several hours after a brisk 45 minute walk. Tonight, I did a 5K on the treadmill, walking/jogging for 49 minutes and I have had no coughing or wheezing at all afterward! WOOHOOOO!!! I can breathe and my lungs can build capacity! :)
