Help! Need ideas to lighten this up!

We are having a zumba party in pink and we want to have these deserts (Mammo-Grahams) but the recipe as is comes to 500+ calories each! I need to find something for the, um...breasts...that are not as high calorie. The recipe, for 12 cookies, calls for 2 pounds of powdered sugar. YIKES!!!

I tried marshmallow but to be able to mold them at all, they need to be partially melted, then I can't really do anything with them.

Thanks in advance!

I make a fake ice cream sandwich with graham crackers, reduced fat cool whip, and sugar free pudding.

Take one tub of cool whip and mix 1 pouch of sugar free pudding. Place 1tbs on a cracker and place another cracker on top. Freeze for 4 hours and serve.

I think for what you are wanting to do, 2tbs on the square would be better. You can add any flavor of sugar free pudding to get different colors. These taste amazing!!!

Awesome, thank you!! If they are frozen well ahead of time, do you think they would be okay out on the buffet table for a few hours without melting all over the place?

Do you have a way of placing them on a chiller tray? I think they would be ok, but just in case maybe find a way to keep them cool.

I think I do have one buried in the cupboards somewhere. I forgot I had that, thank you!

I found some cool whip frosting, so tried that. Once they are firm, I'm going to try to shape them a bit better, but here is what they look like right now. 120 calories each rather than the 500 from the original recipe! :flowerforyou:
