NutriBullet or not?

Do you have one? Did you used to drink "smoothies" etc before you got one? I've never even considered "shakes" because they usually came from this or that special mix from a specialty store. I want to do all my grocery shopping at the grocery store.

So...tell me if you love it, were you surprised how much you used it once you got it? If you have one and don't use it, why not?

What do you make in it? Do you find you are trying things that you would not normally "eat" but can easily drink? Do your drinks taste good or are they tolerable for the convenience?

I'm gathering real people opinions before investing. Thanks!! :flowerforyou:

Hi, Norma. I never actually tried a nutribullet but I did have a magic bullet so I have some experience with the blenders by this company. I would skip it because when I used my magic bullet it would not blend things very well and it had other problems. It quit working in a couple months. I would suggest getting a good $100 blender that will do the same thing or invest in a Vitamix. Those are the best blenders and they last many years. I just got one and I really like it! It makes smoothies just like Jamba Juice. I just have to work on my recipes. I even made peanut butter that was just as good as peanut butter from a health food store!
  • VItamix for liiiiiifeeee :) I bought one last year, around Christmas they go on sale on QVC/HSN and have payment plans. Totally worth it. It pulverizes any leafy green or hard fruit/veggie. I also use mine to make salsa, mayo, salad dressing, bbq sauce and I've even used it to make mashed potatoes! They even have a dough container, but I don't have that.
