A lot of food
Is it just me or after being on a diet for awhile you accustomed to that calorie intake but the visual still isn't there, so sometimes you eat what you thought was a lot of food but then you look at the calories and are like woahhh it was just that?! Anybody else experience this? P.S. Run on sentences are best sentences.

Fast Food Urges
Do you ever get urges to just go to a fast food place and get something to eat? If so what? Today I had the biggest urge to go to Mcdonalds and get a burger and fries! :blushing:

Long Days
How do you guys spread your calories if you're up for an extended amount of time, for example if you're up at 6am and don't go to sleep till say 10pm or 12am or if you're up for 24hrs

Birthday Dinner Tomorrow: Benihana
Going to Benihana's tomorrow, going to be fasting for the day until dinner so that I can go ham. Although i'll have plenty of calories, is there anything that I should avoid like the plague(aka over 2050 cal).

Lost 28lbs
When I started dieting almost a month ago, I did not believe I would be where I am today. I started off at about 220lbs, right now i'm at 192 and I'm not done yet. I have a long road to go to hit my goal, but I believe that I can achieve it. Anyways that's me so far :)

No Pop.

How do you guys count your calories ? time wise. Like do you start counting when you wake up or when it's midnight?

Noodles and Company
Just had noodles and company for dinner. It was delicious! Except that it was like 790 cal, which put at around 1800 calories for the day. So now I feel like I ate too much for the day. D: If you're wondering, I got the Whole Grain Tuscani Linguine with Grilled Chicken :D

I'm usually at a defecit for Protein, around 40-70g and 60-140g for carbs. Is it bad to have a defecit ?
