Under 100 calorie breakfast ideas
Hello! I need some quick under 100 calorie ideas for t breakfast. I usually just grab a baanna or egg but that gets old. I get up at 4:30 am and leave the house by 5:00 am so I need help and ideas please.

Cheat day?
Who thinks its okay to have a cheat day? If you think its okay, how often? I wanted to do one once every other week. But I feel like it should be once a week? Is that too much? On a daily basis I eat either a little under or over 1,000 calories and burn about 200-300any thoughts?

Drinking more water..
How do you drink more water, even when I drink as much as I can, and still only drink 6 cups. How do some people drink 12 cups a day?

Shoveling snow...seems legit, right?
Its only been three days since we've got enough snow to shovel. And you bet your butt I've been out there shoveling every single day..not because I have to but because I cant pay for a gym membership and I figured this was the best workout I'd get. 'Don't drink your calories'
I've heard that over and over again, it does make sense. I'm not saying its wrong. Is it bad to have a cup of coffee in the morning? Just one? I know it'll count in the long run if I dont, but I need my coffee.
