Chips replacement?
Why must everyone put chips out at parties, and why must I always eat them? I KNOW they are a trigger food. I just can't help myself. How do you control yourself at parties and cookouts?

Anyone out there done/doing the Convict Conditioning? Wondering how I know how many "sets" I'm supposed to do - I got the number of reps, but do I just do 1 set or multiple? Or doing it two or three times a day?

This is a really neat and funny book: The Geeks' Guide to World Domination: Be Afraid, Beautiful People by Garth Sundem. It has logic and math problems, a Yoda reference, and brain teasers. Also, th dedication is to me (well, not me specifically, but is it my name in there).

More Calcium
I need more calcium each day. How do you fit it in, and stay within your calories? I'm at a low calorie intake (1200); I find it hard to eat well rounded and get all my calcium. What do you eat with calcium and how much?

Weaning off soda - tips?
I'm starting to wean myself from diet soda. I switched from regular to diet years ago, and am now down to one 12oz Coke Zero a day (occassionally a 20oz or 2 cans a day). Any tips or replacements?

NonBurger recipe to do with premade buger patties
I have some premade hamburger patties that I really don't want to make hamburgers with. Other than mushing up for tacos or meatballs, what other suggestions do you have? I have only three patties.

What's the best way to lose belly fat/pooch
What are good ways to lose the belly fat / pooch? I've been doing cardio, pilates, PIYO, crunches, etc and haven't seen results in the tummy area (though underlying muscles are firmer).
