I can't stay motivated.
I have lost weight before with Weight Watchers years and I know what works and what doesn't. I will start and give up. I have friends who love to exercise and they do intense workouts but I hate it. My husband lost 45 pounds by not eating carbs and eating less. I just don't understand myself!

How are they different from free weights? I have never used one.

Bosu balance trainer?
I would love to get one but they do cost a lot. Does anyone have one and kind do you have? I seen several from Bosu and I have seen some from Pro form. Do I really need the cables that hook on the side of the Bosu?

Free workout videos?
I was thinking about paying for daily burn or beach body but my husband thinks that they are not worth it and that I will not do it. Are there any free videos that are good?

Headache durning exercise.
Yesterday was my first spinning class and durning the class I started to have bad headache. I went at my own pace and drank a lot of water. Tomorrow is my second class and I hope does not happen again. I don't understand what it could be.

Starting over again
I can't believe I let myself get back up to 186, I am heavier this time then the last time I lost weight. I got to get it through my head that I have to do something about this and I got to stick with it. I am upset with myself!! :'(

Starting over
I lost 45 on weight watchers and I gained it all back and plus some. Sad thing is when I was 140 (size 8) I thought that I was fat. I wasn't, I am fat now!! I know I can do it and I have done it with eating right and exercise, but why can't I stick with it. I am so mad at myself gaining it back .

How many pounds did you lose to drop pant sizes?
My 14's are really lose but I am not quite into my 12's yet. I carry most of my weight in my stomach. I have so many different sizes in pants and my goal is to be back into my size 8's which I was wearing when I at 140 when I lost my weight with weight watchers the first time.

Scared to take classes at my gym!

How much is your membership? Mine was 56 a month, no joining fee, free child care, free classes and a pool which I didn't use. I find that this is a little bit high and it goes up every year.

I am new and I have ?'s about trying to start running.
I started walk/run on a college track on Wed. I would walk a lap and then run a lap and I would do this for 2 miles. Today I couldn't run the a whole second lap. Is this too much for me? When will running get easier? I go at a really slow pace but I love it. Please any suggestions on how to make this easier! TY!
